Underdogs - Dead End

A narrative keyframe exploring character acting and mood within a gritty, urban noir setting. Executed as a grayscale value study to prioritize composition, lighting, and the storytelling beat over color. My primary goal was to capture a specific emotional contrast: the physical exhaustion and apathy of the battered protagonist versus the aggressive dialogue emanating from the receiver. I integrated a stylized, graphic-novel-inspired speech bubble to blend cinematic framing with comic-book visual cues.
